BWB Detroit

In Winter 2025, BWB Detroit held a donation match campaign that successfully doubled contributions up to $1,500, increasing the chapter’s capacity to support the unhoused during Detroit’s coldest months.

As one of the longest-running BWB chapters, founded in 2007, BWB Detroit continued its legacy of mutual aid by distributing blankets, hygiene-filled backpacks, and operating a winter shelter out of a local church.
