Youth Alive

The Youth Alive Project in Garberville, California uses collaborative mural-making as a creative intervention to address teen suicide and promote mental health awareness. By engaging young people in the design and painting process, the project provides a safe space for self-expression, connection, and healing. Through art, teens explore themes of hope, resilience, and community support—transforming public walls into vibrant symbols of life and belonging while fostering open conversations about emotional well-being.
