Support the Pyramid Lake Pauite Tribe Food Distribution Program

Due to recent wildfires in Northern Nevada, several members of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe (PLPT) have been without power, resulting in the loss of significant amounts of food and other essential supplies. After speaking with the Paiute Tribe Food Distribution Program, we have identified items that would be most helpful.

The requested items are things many of us are already bringing to Burning Man. If every vehicle will make a small donation, we can make a big difference – especially for the Sutcliffe residents, who were without power the longest.

There are 3 easy ways to donate:

  • Donate in person at the following locations:
    • If arriving to BRC before 8/24 or if you have perishable items
      • PLPT Food Distribution Program, 11 Brady Street, Wadsworth, NV 89442
    • If arriving to BRC on or after 8/24 there will be two drop locations to leave non-perishable items.
      • I-80 Smokeshop in Wadsworth: 1000 Smoke Shop Circle, Wadsworth, NV 89442 (near Exit 43 off Interstate 80)
      • The Nixon Store: 50 NV-447, Nixon, NV 89424
  • Amazon Delivery to Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe Food Distribution Program, 11 Brady Street, Wadsworth, NV 89442
